Your AI Agent Remembers Every Prospect and Never Lets a Deal Go Cold

Temperature scoring, objection memory, and context-aware follow-ups — all driven by your AI agent.

Most leads require more than one touch. The problem is remembering where each conversation is, what they said, how they reacted, and when to follow up — across dozens or hundreds of prospects.

SignalPipe's Nurture Engine tracks a temperature score (0–100) for every prospect. Every signal you log — a reply, a pricing question, a ghosted thread, a demo booked — moves the temperature up or down. The system selects the right agent persona for the current temperature and generates the next message accordingly.

Objections are remembered permanently. If a prospect said "too expensive" three weeks ago, the Closer persona knows not to lead with price. Context accumulates over time, making each follow-up sharper than the last.

How it works

1

Temperature model

Cold leads (0–29) get the Re-engager. Warming leads (30–74) get the Consultant. Hot leads (75–100) get the Closer. Persona shifts automatically as temperature moves.

2

Signal map

Log any prospect action — booked_demo, asked_pricing, ghosted_7_days, not_interested — and temperature adjusts instantly based on calibrated signal weights.

3

Objection memory

Recorded objections (too_expensive, competitor, bad_timing) persist across all future messages. The AI never repeats a pitch angle that already failed.

4

Follow-up timing

Each temperature level has a recommended follow-up window — 4 hours for hot leads, 168 hours for cold ones. Your agent tells you exactly when to reach back out.
