The first agentic sales pipeline on OpenClawEarly access openNVIDIA NeMoClaw compatible

Ask your agent:
“Find me buyers.”

It answers. Because SignalPipe has already been watching.

Every 10 minutes, your agent scans Reddit, Hacker News, X/Twitter, and every RSS source you configure for people publicly expressing buying intent. Scores every signal. Drafts the reply. Waits for your go-ahead. Your competitor isn't.

Then feed it anything else your agent can read — Gmail, Slack, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn. Same engine scores any text. The brain, not the scraper.

Most tools would have also flagged 400 irrelevant posts this week. A three-judge scoring panel already rejected them before they reached you.

Your OpenClaw agent could be finding you buyers right now. Most people are using it to check the weather.

Your morning

7
minutes
That's the whole workflow.
1

Open your agent. Ask: "show me today's leads."

2

Three prospects are scored and drafted. One is a competitor-switch signal at 97.

3

Approve two replies. Edit one word on the third. Skip the last — not a fit.

4

Close your laptop. Go build your product.

🎯
Highest-intent signal in the market

“I'm done with [Competitor]. Need a replacement ASAP.”

That person has budget, urgency, and zero loyalty left. They'll buy from whoever shows up in the next 2 hours. SignalPipe flags competitor-switch signals as top priority the moment they post — before your competitor even sees the thread. You show up first. You win.

You're not interrupting — you're responding to a signal they already sent publicly. That's why reply rates are 6× higher than cold outreach.

The Transformation

OpenClaw is a powerful agent.
SignalPipe gives it a revenue target.

Out of the box, your AI agent can execute any task you give it. SignalPipe tells it which tasks generate revenue — automatically, every 10 minutes, without you having to ask.

The insight: scale × patience × pattern recognition — the three things an agent does categorically better than any human. No human can read 10,000 posts a week without sleeping, without losing focus, without missing a signal. Your agent can.

OpenClaw without SignalPipe

  • Waits for you to assign it a task
  • No awareness of what's happening in your market
  • Starts fresh every session — no memory of your prospects
  • Can't tell a curious visitor from a ready buyer
  • Misses every buying signal you don't manually find

OpenClaw + SignalPipe

  • Hunts for revenue opportunities every 10 minutes — on its own
  • Reads every public signal source where buyers express buying intent
  • Remembers every prospect — temperature, objections, full history
  • Scores leads by actual purchase intent, not keyword matches
  • Only surfaces signals worth acting on — everything else is filtered out

10

leads, all real

500

keyword matches

You don't want more leads. You want fewer, better ones.

Keyword alert tools optimise for recall — they show you everything. You get 500 posts a week, 490 of which you'll never reply to. SignalPipe optimises for precision: every lead in your queue has already survived a semantic scoring filter, a sarcasm check, and a 3-judge AI panel. The ones that don't make it through never waste your morning.

Every other OpenClaw plugin executes tasks you give it. SignalPipe finds the tasks worth executing.

It transforms your AI agent from a smart assistant into an always-on revenue operator — one that knows your market, remembers your prospects, and never lets a high-intent signal expire unread.

The Reality

Right now, someone is asking
for exactly what you sell.

They're posting it publicly. They want an answer. They'll buy from whoever shows up first.

🎯

Your competitor's unhappy customers are the easiest deals you'll ever close.

When someone posts “I'm done with [Competitor], need an alternative ASAP” — that's a person with budget, urgency, and zero loyalty left. SignalPipe detects these competitor-switch signals in real time and flags them as the highest-priority leads in your queue. You show up first. You win.

The worst part? You'll never know what you missed. Buying signals expire in hours. Your competitor doesn't.

How It Works

From signal to closed deal

Four steps. All inside your AI agent. No new tools to learn.

01

Tell SignalPipe what you sell

Describe your product in buyer language — the exact phrases your customers use when they're actively searching. That fingerprint becomes your signal detector.

Takes 2 minutes. No code. Add unlimited products.
02

It watches. You sleep.

Every 10 minutes, posts pass through a 3-stage filter — keyword gate, semantic scoring, sarcasm detection — then reach a 3-judge drafting swarm: Skeptic, Analyst, Optimist. Each judge evaluates the post independently. The Skeptic can veto any lead unilaterally. Consensus produces a fused confidence score. Only leads that clear the swarm reach your queue — with a draft already calibrated to how hot the signal actually is.

One judge is generous. One is analytical. One is a hard skeptic who vetoes weak signals. That's what makes 94% of surfaced leads worth replying to.

Review. Tweak. Approve.

Each lead arrives with a drafted reply written for how hot that signal actually is. A 90+ competitor-switch gets a direct, action-oriented message. A borderline question gets a helpful answer that earns the mention of your product — not a cold pitch. Read it, edit if you want, approve. Nothing goes out without you.

Value-first by design — the product is never mentioned before the person's problem. Human approval required.
04

It remembers. You close.

Every prospect gets a live temperature score across 13 signal types. Every interaction moves it — in one direction at a time. Objections are permanently recorded: if someone said the price is too high, your agent never pitches pricing again. The last 6 interactions are injected into every message so the AI always has full context.

Four AI personas. One-directional mode transitions. No spam. No backtracking.

Features

Acquisition. Nurture. Retention.

One scoring engine. Three stages of the customer journey. Same brain, three jobs.

Mantidae — Signal Acquisition

Never miss a buyer
who's already looking.

Mantidae runs 24/7, watching every signal source you configure. The moment a post crosses your intent threshold, it surfaces — scored, contextualised, and with a draft ready.

  • Real-time signal detection every 10 minutes — automatic, no cron to manage
  • 3-stage scoring: keyword gate → multilingual semantic scoring → sarcasm detection — then a 3-judge AI drafting swarm that calibrates each reply to the signal strength: closing tone for hot leads, helpful content first for borderline ones
  • Multilingual buying-intent detection — English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese out of the box
  • Competitor-switch posts always surfaced — hard-coded floor, never filtered out
  • Client-side drafting — your LLM writes the reply on your machine. The backend never sees the message.
  • MCP-ready: connect Claude.ai, Cursor, Windsurf, or any OpenClaw agent in one step
  • Self-improving: every approve/reject adjusts the scoring for similar signals in future
  • Add new products in 2 minutes — no redeploy, no code changes
  • Human-in-the-loop by default — or set an auto-approve threshold for high-confidence signals.

Nurture Engine — Prospect Memory

The pipeline that
never forgets.

Every prospect gets a live temperature score. Every interaction moves it. The Nurture Engine always knows who's hot, who's cooling, and exactly what to say — so you never send the wrong message at the wrong moment.

  • Temperature scoring across 13 signal types — booked demo, ghosted, asked pricing, and 10 more
  • Four AI personas: Educator → Consultant → Closer → Re-engager
  • Objection memory — if they said "too expensive," that's never forgotten. Never re-pitched.
  • One-directional mode transitions — prospects move forward, never oscillate, never get spammed
  • Last 6 interactions injected into every message — full context, not just current state
  • Works with Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or any local model (Nemotron, Ollama, vLLM)
Churn Radar — Retention Signals

Catch leaving customers
before the renewal call.

Acquiring a customer costs 5–25× more than retaining one. The hard part: by the time you see churn (usage drop, lost renewal, cancellation email), the decision was made weeks earlier — in a Slack thread, a support email, or a public post asking for alternatives.

Conversation data is the leading indicator. ChurnZero, Vitally, Catalyst score usage data — lagging. SignalPipe scores conversations, with the same engine that finds you buyers — just pointed at retention.

  • Same 3-stage scoring + 3-judge swarm as Mantidae — calibrated for churn-risk anchors instead of buying intent
  • Public surface: scout watches Reddit, HN, RSS — catches your customers asking for alternatives in r/SaaS, frustrated comments on HN, "best X alternative" articles
  • Private surface: score_signal accepts any text your agent reads — Slack, Gmail, Discord, support tickets, contract-renewal emails
  • Re-engager persona already built into the Nurture Engine — cooling customers get the right tone automatically
  • Set up a churn-detection product profile in 10 minutes with the sample anchor pack on /use-cases/churn-detection
  • Same operator-key Bearer auth, same RL learning loop, no new infrastructure

Built Different

Not another spray-and-pray
outreach blaster.

🚨

First on OpenClaw

SignalPipe is the first agentic sales pipeline built for the OpenClaw ecosystem. No one else is doing this. You are getting in at the beginning of a category.

🎯

Intent-first, always

You only ever see people who are actively looking. No cold outreach. No mass lists. Every lead started by publicly expressing a buying need — including competitor frustration. And the draft matches the signal: a competitor-switch post gets a direct closing message, a general question gets helpful content first. The system never blasts the same pitch regardless of how hot the lead is.

🛡️

No false positives. No wasted API calls.

Keyword tools count every mention as a lead. You review hundreds. Most are noise — competitors' blog posts, sarcastic comments, hypothetical questions. SignalPipe's 3-stage filter eliminates ~85% of posts before any AI sees them. On BYOK, your LLM budget goes to genuine leads — not garbage. You pay for intent, not volume.

👁️

Human in the loop

By default, every draft goes through you before it's sent. For high-confidence signals, set an auto-approve threshold — leads that clear the bar go out automatically. Full control, either way. Your reputation stays yours.

🧠

Gets smarter. Never spams.

Every approve/reject adjusts the scorer. Objections are permanently remembered — a prospect who said "no budget" is never pitched pricing again. Mode transitions are one-directional: no oscillation, no harassment.

🌍

Multilingual by default

Buying-intent scoring works in English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese out of the box. "Urgente", "dringend", "dès que possible" all score correctly — no extra setup, no translated keyword lists.

X/Twitter outreach — live today

When a lead is found anywhere, the swarm drafts a 280-character reply calibrated for X's fast-moving culture. Crypto traders, DeFi founders, prediction market builders — the audiences that live on X get X-native messages, not repurposed Reddit tone. Copy the draft, post from your own account. No Twitter API. No OAuth dance.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does SignalPipe send messages automatically?

By default, no — every outreach requires your explicit approval. The managed backend drafts a reply for every qualifying lead and queues it for your review. You read it, edit if needed, and approve before anything sends. For hands-free operation, you can set an auto-approve threshold on the backend — any mission whose fused confidence score clears the bar is approved automatically. Recommended starting value: 0.80. At 0 (default), every mission requires manual approval.

What does 'competitor-switch detection' mean?

When someone publicly posts that they're frustrated with a competitor and looking for alternatives, SignalPipe flags that as a top-priority lead. These are the highest-intent prospects you'll ever find — they already have budget, urgency, and zero loyalty to their current provider.

How is this different from a keyword alert?

A keyword alert flags any post that contains your word. SignalPipe runs a 3-stage scoring filter — keyword gate, multi-factor semantic scoring (embedding similarity, urgency, specificity, keyword density), sarcasm detection — then a 3-judge AI drafting swarm evaluates each surviving lead via ensemble weighting. Low-intent leads are suppressed by ensemble veto. Competitor-switch posts are hard-floored so they always make it through. Urgency and specificity are detected in English, Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese — so "urgente", "dringend", and "dès que possible" score correctly with no setup. The result: you only see posts from people who actually want to buy, each with a draft reply calibrated to the signal — a hot lead gets a direct call to action, a weaker signal gets genuinely helpful content that earns the product mention rather than forcing it.

What sources does it monitor?

Reddit (via public RSS feeds), Hacker News (via HNRSS keyword feeds), and any public RSS feed you configure — industry blogs, niche forums, product review sites, anything with a feed URL. You can add unlimited sources per product. For X/Twitter: outreach is live today — when a qualifying lead is found on any channel, the swarm drafts a 280-character reply calibrated for X's culture. Copy it and post from your own account. No Twitter API required. Direct X feed monitoring (finding leads from X posts directly) is on the roadmap.

Do I need OpenClaw to use SignalPipe?

Yes. SignalPipe is an OpenClaw plugin — it runs inside the OpenClaw agent gateway. OpenClaw is free and takes about 5 minutes to set up. Once it's running, installing SignalPipe is a single command: claw install signalpipe.

Does SignalPipe work with NVIDIA NeMoClaw?

Yes — fully compatible out of the box. NeMoClaw is NVIDIA's enterprise distribution of OpenClaw, so any OpenClaw plugin installs and runs on NeMoClaw without modification. For on-prem deployments, SignalPipe also supports local model inference: set COMPANION_LLM_PROVIDER=openai_compatible and point it at a locally running Nemotron or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Your leads, prospect data, and generated messages never leave your infrastructure.

Can I run SignalPipe fully on-premises?

Yes. Self-host the FastAPI backend on your own server, connect it to your own PostgreSQL database, and configure the companion message generation to use a local model via any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (Nemotron via NeMoClaw, Ollama, LM Studio, vLLM). The only external calls that remain are the RSS feed fetches and, if you choose, OpenAI for embeddings — which can also be swapped for a local embedding server.

What AI models does it work with?

Any model your OpenClaw gateway is configured to run — Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, Nemotron, or any locally running open-source model. SignalPipe's message generation supports Anthropic (default), OpenAI, or any OpenAI-compatible local endpoint. The backend uses OpenAI for embeddings, but your agent interface can be any model.

How long does it take to set up a new product?

About 2 minutes. Tell your agent the product name, description, who buys it, and a handful of phrases your buyers use. No code, no config files, no redeploy. The signal engine activates on the next 10-minute scout cycle.

Is my data private?

Completely. The managed backend is single-tenant — your leads, prospect conversations, and product data are fully isolated from other users. For maximum privacy, self-host the backend and run message generation on a local model via NeMoClaw or Ollama. Your data never leaves your machine.

What's the first mover advantage here?

SignalPipe is the first agentic sales pipeline built for OpenClaw — and by extension, the first available to NVIDIA NeMoClaw users. No comparable plugin exists on ClawHub today. Early users help shape the product, get the best pricing permanently locked in, and build workflows before competitors have access to the tool.

Stop reading.
Start catching signals.

Every hour you wait, someone else is showing up in the threads where your buyers — and your competitors' frustrated customers — are asking for you.
